We have been using the machine in our showroom for several weeks now, and really, aside from the water out alarm taking me by surprise, I can't fault this machine.  Initially we found the pump had a slight squeal, but adjusting the cofffee pressure valve resolved that issue. 

The machine is easy to use and easy to clean.
