What is included in the weekly rental?

Your weekly rental covers the machine itself, regular servicing, and ongoing technical support. Coffee beans and other consumables are supplied separately so you only pay for what you use.

Do I need a long-term contract to rent?

We do not use restrictive lock-in contracts. We prefer to work with our clients as long-term partners, and in our experience the vast majority of rental arrangements continue happily for years. We will discuss the terms with you up front so there are no surprises.

What size office do you supply?

We supply workplaces of all sizes, from small offices of around 20 people through to large corporate sites with hundreds of staff. The right machine depends less on headcount and more on how much coffee your team actually drinks, which is something we will help you work out before recommending a setup.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

Rental machines come with full service support. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we will arrange a repair, a loan machine, or a replacement depending on the situation. Purchased machines can be serviced under a scheduled service plan or ad-hoc as needed.

Can I supply my own coffee beans?

Rental customers use Auspresso coffee as part of their rental arrangement. We pair our freshly roasted beans with the machines we supply so the result is consistent, and so we can stand behind the quality of every cup.

If you have purchased your machine outright, it is yours to do with as you please. We offer a range of freshly roasted beans we are proud of, but you are welcome to use any beans you prefer.

Do you supply milk and other consumables?

We supply coffee beans, cleaning products and accessories. For milk, most offices arrange this through their existing supplier or local supermarket as a fresh weekly delivery, which is the most practical approach.

Do you install the machine?

Yes. We deliver, install and set up your machine, and we make sure your team knows how to use it. We will also help work out the best location in your workplace for water access, power and convenience.

Can you provide traditional espresso machines and grinders to offices as well?

Yes. We can supply traditional manual espresso machines and grinders for offices, available as either an outright purchase or a rental. Enquire below to find out more.
