The Bullet R2 is Aillio's standard 1kg electric roaster, built for serious home enthusiasts, cafes and small scale commercial roasting. Induction heating and real time data feedback give exceptional control and repeatability, batch after batch.
A 1700W induction system provides responsive, direct heat to the drum across 10 power steps, accurate to plus or minus 0.5%, and an infrared bean temperature sensor gives real time readings regardless of batch size. Automatic drum pre-heating means every batch starts from the same conditions, and 1kg roasts to first crack in around 7 to 9 minutes.
Connect to Aillio's RoasTime software, included at no cost, to record, save and replay roast profiles, analyse roast curves in real time, and share profiles through the Roast.World community.
