The Bullet R2 Pro is Aillio's most powerful roaster, built for serious home enthusiasts and small specialty roasting businesses who want commercial level output from a countertop machine. This is a pre-order, with an estimated delivery of September 2026.
A 2300W induction heating system drives the drum directly, with 14 progressive power steps and a power delivery precision of plus or minus 0.5%, giving fast, accurate response through every stage of the roast. Batches run from 200g up to the full 1.2kg capacity, with 1kg roasting to first crack in around 6 minutes.
An infrared bean temperature sensor gives real time, repeatable data regardless of batch size, and FlowSense monitors airflow in the drum and adjusts fan speed automatically to keep conditions stable even if the chaff filter starts to clog. Connect to Aillio's RoasTime software, included at no cost, to record, replay and share roast profiles, or upload to the Roast.World community.
