Fifteen drink recipes can be saved across 8 user profiles and customised - adjusting grind size, water temperature, volume and milk texture - so every person in the house or office gets their coffee exactly how they like it. The 7-inch touch screen makes navigating those settings straightforward, and the built-in noise reduction keeps things civil in shared spaces.
Unlike most automatic machines in this price range, the C11 doses up to 16g per shot using flat ceramic burrs - significantly more than the 8-12g typical of comparable machines. Ceramic burrs grind beans into uniform granules rather than rough-chopped particles, which means better extraction and a noticeably cleaner cup. Each serve is ground fresh to order with no residual grounds left in the system.
The integrated cleaning system runs automatically each time the machine starts and shuts down, keeping maintenance simple and extending machine life. The outlet height is adjustable to fit different cup sizes, and the machine runs from either a 2L water tank or a direct tap connection - useful if it is going into a kitchen with plumbing access.
