The dedicated 2.5L powder hopper is the feature that sets it apart from a standard office coffee machine. Hot chocolate, chai tea, matcha latte and similar drinks are available at one touch, removing the need for a separate hot chocolate machine or powder sachets in the kitchen. Ceramic flat burrs grind consistently and quietly, and the automatic milk system cleans itself rather than waiting for someone to remember.
The large touchscreen can be customised with company branding, logos and custom icons for named beverages, giving the machine a more considered feel in a reception or meeting room context. It connects to mains water for uninterrupted service, or runs from its 4L internal tank if plumbing is not convenient.
