The ECM Technika V Profi is ECM's flagship heat exchanger machine: 2.1L insulated stainless steel boiler, rotary pump, E61 group head, PID temperature control and dual pressure gauges in a solid stainless steel body built for daily use over many years.
The Technika V Profi itself rewards daily use. The rotary pump runs quietly, the PID doubles as a shot timer during extraction, and the insulated steam wand produces dry, commercial-quality steam. It runs from a 3L reservoir or connects directly to a water line. Auspresso stocks and services this machine from the North Parramatta workshop.
