Designed for businesses where counter space is tight: small cafes, bakeries, wine bars, hotel lobbies. It puts a full-specification commercial machine into a footprint that a standard 2-group machine would occupy.
The 3-group Alto configuration adds taller group head clearance for takeaway cups, which matters more than it sounds during a busy service. The 23L copper boiler handles sustained output without the recovery issues that plague underpowered compact machines, and volumetric dosing with individual shot timers per group gives your baristas the consistency tools they need. Automatic backflush and quarter-turn steam taps keep the end-of-day routine straightforward.
Build quality is full Rocket: handmade stainless steel casing, cool-touch steam wands, and thermosyphon group temperature management. Customisations are available while bench testing. Auspresso support this machine locally from the North Parramatta service workshop.
