Product Description
The Mozzafiato R Fast is the latest update to one of Rocket Espresso's most popular home machines, keeping its compact, beveled body while bringing faster heat up times and a new PID controller to the platform. This is a pre-order, with an ETA of late July 2026.
Hand built in Milan, it runs Rocket's commercial E61 group head over an insulated 1.8L heat exchange boiler, so you can brew and steam milk at the same time without the shot drifting off temperature. Rocket's updated brew group and larger heating elements get it to brewing temperature noticeably quicker than the outgoing model.
A quiet rotary pump runs from the internal reservoir or plumbs straight into your mains water, and the shot timer and dual pressure gauges give you a clear read on what the machine is doing.
