Sanremo built the YOU to work like a taste laboratory: compact enough for a home bench, precise enough to bring out everything a coffee has to offer. Pressure profiling is controlled either by paddle position or through six saved programmable profiles, so you can shape the shot as much or as little as you like.
A dual boiler with independent PID control for each boiler keeps brew and steam temperatures locked in separately, and the latest firmware adds wifi app connectivity alongside the LCD touchscreen. Energy saving mode lets you schedule boilers on or off by day or week, useful if the machine sits idle overnight.
