The Astoria Forma SAE 3 Group is a volumetric commercial espresso machine built around a 17 litre copper boiler and heat exchange brewing system, with thermosiphonic circulation maintaining excellent temperature stability for consistent espresso quality shot after shot. An integrated volumetric rotary pump keeps the installation clean, with no external pump required.
Raised Groups for Takeaway Service
Three raised group heads are designed to accommodate larger takeaway cups and improve workflow efficiency, while 4 programmable coffee doses per group let baristas easily customise and save dosing volumes for different coffee recipes. A manual override function allows baristas to take full control of extractions whenever required.
Reliable Commercial Construction
Two commercial steam wands provide powerful steam delivery for fast milk texturing, alongside a dedicated hot water outlet for tea and long black preparation. An automatic boiler fill system with electronic water level management, plus a dual pressure gauge displaying both boiler and pump pressure, keep day to day operation straightforward. Stainless steel and painted panel construction is built for busy cafes.
