The Fausto is Rocket's on demand grinder, built to sit alongside an espresso machine and deliver ground coffee straight into the filter basket rather than a separate hopper.
Programmable touchscreen controls give you three automatic dose settings plus continuous manual grinding, with micrometric, stepless adjustment for fine tuning. You can pause a dose mid way through to keep the grounds evenly distributed in the basket, a small feature that makes a real difference to consistency.
A 500 watt motor drives 65mm flat burrs, giving it plenty of power for a grinder this size, and the whole thing is built into a die cast aluminium body.
