The Bianca V3 is Lelit's flagship dual boiler machine, and this stainless steel edition is the purist's choice: no wood accents, just brushed steel and wooden knobs on the flow control paddle. A separate 0.8 litre coffee boiler and 1.5 litre steam boiler let you pull a shot and steam milk at the same time, with PID control holding both exactly where you set them.
The paddle on the group head is the reason people buy a Bianca. Instead of a fixed 9 bar extraction, you shape water flow through the shot as it happens, or set a profile through the LCC so it repeats automatically. It brings a technique professional baristas rely on for difficult beans onto a home bench.
The V3 update brought a genuinely faster heat up, an electronic low flow mode you can use without touching the paddle, and four power modes so the machine sits ready without wasting power overnight.
This is a machine for someone who has moved past pulling a decent shot and wants to shape the extraction itself, particularly with lighter roasts that need a gentler start. It is also available in Black and White with maple wood if you want the timber detailing.
