The Bianca V3 is Lelit's flagship dual boiler machine, and the Black with Maple Wood edition is the one that gets talked about the moment it lands on a bench. A separate 0.8 litre coffee boiler and 1.5 litre steam boiler mean you can pull a shot and steam milk at the same time, with PID control keeping both boilers exactly where you set them.
What sets the Bianca apart is the flow control paddle on the group head. Instead of a fixed 9 bar extraction, you control water flow through the shot in real time, or program a profile through the LCC so it happens automatically. It is the same skill professional baristas use to tame difficult beans, now sitting on a home bench.
The V3 update brought a genuinely faster heat up, a new electronic low flow mode you can use without touching the paddle, and four power modes so the machine sits ready without burning power overnight. Wooden knobs and a maple wood paddle handle against the black body give it real presence.
