Product Description
The Giotto is one of Rocket Espresso's longest running models, and the R Fast update brings it up to date without losing the asymmetric, angled side panels that make it instantly recognisable on a benchtop. This is a pre-order, with an ETA of late July 2026.
Hand built in Milan, the Giotto R Fast pairs a commercial E61 group head with an insulated 1.8L heat exchange boiler and PID temperature control, so you can brew and steam at the same time without the temperature drifting. Rocket's updated brew group and larger heating elements bring it to brewing temperature faster than the previous generation.
A quiet rotary pump runs from the internal reservoir or connects straight to your mains water, and an OLED display with a built in shot timer and dual pressure gauges keep you across what the machine is doing shot to shot.
