Rocket's dual boiler flagship, the R Cinquantotto (R58), paired with the Fausto 2.1 Black on demand grinder and everything you need to get started at home.
The R58 runs independent brew and steam boilers, a 0.58L brew boiler and a 1.7L steam boiler, each with its own PID control via Rocket's detachable communication POD, so you can dial in brew and steam temperatures separately. A commercial grade rotary pump runs from the 2.5L internal reservoir or connects straight to your mains water, and a cool touch steam assembly keeps things safer to work around.
The Fausto 2.1 grinder delivers straight into the portafilter on demand, with a digital display and shot counter, three automatic dose settings or manual continuous grinding, and the ability to pause mid dose for an even distribution.
