Introducing the newest release from Turin: the DF83 Gen 2. The original DF83 Gen 1 earned a strong reputation for delivering exceptional grind quality at an unbeatable price. The Gen 2 continues this tradition with the same minimalist, high-quality, single-dose design, now paired with a refreshed exterior and several internal upgrades.

The DF83 Gen 2 is equipped with 83mm Hardened Steel flat burrs, engineered to produce rich espresso with excellent body while still maintaining clarity. The grinder also includes upgraded internal alignment features, using four guide posts and four springs to keep the upper and lower burrs perfectly aligned. A polished aluminum stepless adjustment collar completes the refined design.

While the DF83 Gen 2 excels at espresso, it is also a true all-purpose grinder — easily handling filter, aeropress, cold brew, French press, and other brewing methods.

• 83mm Hardened Steel Flat Burrs
  All DF83 Gen 2 grinders come standard with Hardened Steel burrs. Optional SSP burrs are available as an upgrade. SSP burrs are not installed by default; original burrs remain included if you choose the SSP upgrade.

• Plasma / Ion Generator
  Similar to other Turin models, the DF83 Gen 2 uses a plasma generator in the exit chute to minimise static buildup.

• Integrated Anti-Popcorn Collar
  Allows you to pour beans in while the grinder is running and reduces or eliminates bean “popcorning.”

• 58mm Aluminum Dosing Cup
  Fits a 58mm portafilter directly in the forks, or you can use the included 58mm dosing cup — ideal for both espresso and drip dosing. Made from food-safe materials. Standard cup colour: black.

• Zero-Retention Design (<0.1g)
  A silicone bellows helps clear remaining grounds, keeping the grinder clean and ready for the next dose.
