The Lelit Elizabeth V3 packs true dual boiler performance into one of the smallest footprints in Lelit's range. A 300ml brass coffee boiler and a 600ml stainless steel steam boiler run independently, so you can pull a shot and steam milk in the same breath, with no waiting between drinks even when you are making a run of them.
PID control keeps the brew boiler stable, and the LCC system adds programmable volumetric dosing for single and double shots, programmable pre-infusion, and a shot timer that stays on the display for 20 seconds after each pull so you can actually see what you just did. An automatic purge acts as a cooling flush before every shot, keeping the brew water at the right temperature rather than carrying over heat from steaming.
Despite the compact size, steam output is strong enough for proper microfoam, and the LELIT58 commercial group means you are working with genuine 58mm gear rather than a scaled down home fitting. The brushed stainless steel body and wide cup warmer round out a machine built and designed in Italy.
