The Bicocca is built around independent stainless steel boilers for brewing and steam, so temperature and pressure stay stable even when you are texturing milk and pulling back to back shots. An electrically heated, PID controlled group brings it to brewing temperature in around 8 to 10 minutes, quick for a machine of this specification.
